Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices are based on the information provided by the customer and may be subject to change following a site visit or further consultation.

4. Booking and Cancellations

Once a booking is confirmed, we reserve the time and resources for your job. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed. We accept bank transfers and cash. For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work begins.

6. Warranty and Repairs

All installations come with a warranty period which will be outlined in your service agreement. If you experience any faults, please contact us immediately and we’ll arrange for inspection or repair.

7. Access to Property

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide clear and safe access to the property. If we are unable to carry out the work due to access issues, additional charges may apply.

8. Liability

While we take every care to ensure our work is carried out safely and professionally, BM Alarms is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from system failures or delays beyond our control.
